Bakery Fehrmann trains two apprentices as sales assistants each year and is looking for new talent for its specialty shops and cafés in the Bautzen region. The apprenticeship is based in an owner-managed craft business with several daily deliveries of fresh bakery goods; three specialty shops also have a larger café with a bistro. The sales team is the flagship of the company and is supported by the owner and the sales manager.
