Bäckerei Bubner offers a three-year dual apprenticeship as a pastry chef (m/f/d) at its modern confectionery in Doberlug-Kirchhain. Training content includes, among other things, the production and further processing of batters, fine baked goods, fillings and creams, as well as designing cakes, petits fours, and festive or wedding cakes. In addition, apprentices learn how to make pralines and figures from chocolate and marzipan, and attend vocational school. The family-run craft bakery offers remuneration from the first year of training, a travel allowance, and a high likelihood of being taken on permanently.
